A Vice President of mine was interested in a professional development workshop for his department that addressed the topics of Influencing without authority and working within an intergenerational workforce. Jenn met with the client and his leadership team to explore the topic, and subsequently developed and delivered an engaging and thought-provoking two-day workshop/ learning experience to this group (~70 people spanning a spectrum of experience/ seniority). Jenn's personable and thoughtful approach enabled her to garner trust and respect that spanned a highly technical group of scientists to those in more administrative support roles.
