Our team consists of deeply experienced executive coaches, leadership facilitators, and trainers who share values and passions and work to support leaders enabling them to inspire and focus on mission driven work. Jenn is passionate about helping people develop the skills they need to succeed in the future workplace. Jenn’s approach goes well beyond just the traditional training and skill building. Her unique approach to learning comes from her own experience in large, complex organizations, coupled with an unparalleled ability to connect with her audience.

Jenn has over a decade of coaching and facilitation experience. She worked internally at Fortune 500 companies and then launched her coaching and training practice in 2009. Jenn supports companies during culture and organizational change, whether due to growth, external influences, post-merger integration, regulatory changes, or restructuring. She is skilled at assessing the needs of the employees and working with leaders to ensure they are communicating and motivating teams towards a shared goal while maintaining clear communication and building a solid corporate culture.
Jenn has built leadership and team programs to align employees with the organizational vision, helping them meet customer needs and drive sales. She has also been a TEDx presentations skills coach to empower individuals to communicate effectively with confidence.
Her professional background, coupled with her double Master’s in counseling and organizational psychology from Columbia University and her undergraduate degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, has given her deep executive and team development skills.

With over 10+years of experience in supporting high-level executives, business owners and working along side of hundreds of individuals, Jade understands the importance of focusing on each clients’ unique aspirations. Those who best know Jade would describe her as a planner, an efficiency fanatic, perfectionist and perhaps a little OCD, but behind all that is just a professional, career driven, hard worker who believes that the best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today. Jade’s mission is to relieve stress for those overwhelmed by creating processes and getting things done that help bring peace of mind and focus back to what is most important.
Jade now resides in Richmond Hill, Georgia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, organizing, going to the beach and a good bottle of vino!

Experience
Victor brings over 20 years of experience in leadership development and facilitation work. He has worked extensively with global clients including Marriott International, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Adobe Systems and VF Brands. In the last 10 years, he has clocked over 1,000 coaching hours and 3,000 hours of facilitation workshops, impacted over 12,000 adults and 16,000 youth. On top of these, Victor has also gained a variety of leadership experiences as a Real Estate Portfolio Consultant, Youth Worker, Business Owner, Keynote Speaker and Learning Designer.
One of Victor’s unique experiences was being the resident Team Coach in a Singapore creative agency for 20 months. During this period, his key focus was on strengthening the team and interpersonal dynamics as the company grew from 12 to 25 full time staff. He was also responsible for coaching each staff in well-being and performance.
In his own free time, Victor enjoys facilitating experiential learning in self leadership through overseas expedition trips and community outreach programs. He is an experienced team leader who has led over 20 trips to different parts of Asia including China, India, Philippines, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, East Timor, Vietnam and Malaysia. As a huge believer in giving back to the community, Victor is an active volunteer in the non-profit space and started volunteering since 17 years old. He learnt commitment, discipline, resilience and empathy over 25 years as an active volunteer.
